Hey Guys, wanted to share something with the group about one of the Guru's. David Wright helped one of our new girls recently who left her employer who refused to pay her last salary due to a training course that she hadn't even been on yet (booked for September) and illegally taking off additional holidays. He also wanted additional funds and threatened to go around her parents house to collect. David helped me pen a letter to her previous employer stating HR law and within a couple of days they paid her every penny she was owed.. This is one of many occasions that David has come up trumps, always there to advise and will turn around any HR query within 24 hours max...
